We operate this website and online store, including all related content, products, merchandise, and services (the “Services”). The Services are hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products for sale.

    These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important disclaimers, limitations of liability, and assumptions of risk.

    914Electric does not provide engineering, mechanical, electrical, safety, legal, or professional advice. No content should be interpreted as instructions, certifications, guarantees, or assurances of outcome.

    Assumption of Risk

    Projects involving vehicle modification, fabrication, electrical systems, batteries, charging systems, and high-voltage components involve inherent risks, including property damage, serious injury, or death.

    By purchasing or using any technical materials, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • You are solely responsible for assessing your competence and skill level

    • You are responsible for using appropriate tools, safety equipment, and procedures

    • You are responsible for verifying information and complying with all applicable laws and regulations

    • You assume all risks associated with your decisions, actions, and outcomes

    SECTION 3 — ORDERS

    Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed.

    Once an order is accepted, cancellations may not be possible.

    Purchases of technical guides are non-returnable once shipped and are not refundable due to user misunderstanding, lack of skill, project outcomes, or dissatisfaction after use. All returns and replacements are governed solely by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

    Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, scanned, copied, or exported.

    SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

    Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

    SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

    Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the shipping carrier.

    The Services are hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with 914Electric. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and 914Electric. You expressly release Shopify from claims related to your purchases.

    Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

    Any feedback you submit may be used by 914Electric without restriction or compensation.

    We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or bad-faith conduct. We may provide order, delivery, and communication records to payment processors and carriers in connection with disputes or chargebacks.
