Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include transit time.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods

We ship using tracked carriers, primarily USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless a specific method is requested at checkout.

  • Domestic (United States): USPS or UPS
  • International: USPS International or UPS International
  • Expedited shipping: Available at customer request and expense

Flat-Rate Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated using flat-rate pricing, displayed at checkout. Flat-rate pricing reflects packaging, handling, tracking, and insurance where applicable.


Tracking, Insurance, and Signature Confirmation

All shipments include tracking.

For high-value items, including printed guides and bundled orders:

  • Shipments may be insured
  • Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery

These measures are used to protect both the customer and 914Electric.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or brokerage fees
  • Compliance with local import regulations

We do not mark shipments as gifts or undervalue packages.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing and are not guaranteed.


Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs
  • We may require confirmation of the corrected address before reshipping

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, it is considered delivered.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • The customer must contact the carrier directly
  • We will provide tracking and shipment details to assist with investigation

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact support@914electric.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of damage
  • Clear photos of packaging and contents

Damaged printed guides are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
